RadarDesk ("we", "us") provides an Etsy Growth Audit and related SEO services — reviewing your shop's search, social, pricing, branding and traffic — to help sellers grow. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We process personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you start a trial or get in touch, you give us information directly, including:

• Your name and your business name
• Your WhatsApp number and email address
• A link to your Etsy shop and listings
• Your business type and any preferences or notes you share with us

We may also receive basic, non-identifying technical information (such as general usage of our website) to keep the site working well.

Why we use it

We use your information only to provide the service: to carry out the SEO work you ask for, to send you audits, recommendations and reports, and to contact you about your project. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run RadarDesk — for example our website and form host, and the messaging tools that deliver your WhatsApp messages — and only so they can perform those functions on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are a trial or paying client, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa. To exercise any of these, just contact us.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and limit access to it. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with care.
