Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use RadarDesk. By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to them.

What RadarDesk does

RadarDesk provides an Etsy Growth Audit and related SEO services — reviewing your shop's SEO, social presence, photography, pricing, branding and traffic, and delivering a written audit with a 90-day growth plan. Where we recommend changes to your listings, you review and approve them before anything goes live, so you stay in full control of your shop.

Pricing and billing

Pricing is quoted per shop based on the scope of work. One-off services are billed as agreed; ongoing monthly plans are billed monthly, have no long-term contract, and can be cancelled at any time — continuing until the end of your current paid period.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate details to set up your monitoring, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving the listing changes we draft. You decide whether and how to publish them on your shop.

No guarantee of outcomes

We apply proven SEO best practices, but search rankings depend on factors outside our control and we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales. We track progress and refine, but outcomes are never guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You agree to use RadarDesk lawfully and not to use it to publish content that is misleading, abusive, or in breach of Etsy's policies.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end the service if these terms are breached.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, RadarDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under South African consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
